Q. I found something on your web site that I want to purchase, but I dont feel comfortable
giving my credit card over the Internet. What are my options?
Select your items and continue with our ordering process. You will be asked how you want us to process your payment. We can either process your order and credit card
information using a secure connection, you can fax us your order with your credit card information, or you can print your order and send us your payment in the mail.
Q. What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with the item you receive you may return it within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment for a full refund, credit, or exchange. However,
personalized items cannot be returned with the exception of defective items. See our Return Policy for more details.
Q. I have a question about one of the products listed on your web site. How can I get in touch with the person you makes this item?
Please send your question to info@CraftSpotlight.com along with the product code and description. We will pass along your question to the craft maker.
Q. After I place my order when will I receive my items?
Most items will be shipped within 2-4 weeks after placing your order. If you are ordering a personalized item that takes longer then the normal 2-4 weeks, it will say so in
the description. If for some uncontrollable reason the item cannot be shipped within 30 days, we will notify you ASAP.
Q. How many times can I enter your give-a-ways?
We only accept entries once per month per user. Please read our give-a-way rules for details.
Q. How long is the certificate good for (when will it expire)?
You need to look at the expiration date of your CraftSpotlight.com certificate. Most certificates issues by CraftSpotlight.com are valid for one year.
