No purchase necessary to enter
ONLINE ENTRY
To enter online, you must use a browser and
complete an entry form. Limit one entry per person, per prize, per month.
Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are not eligible.
POSTAL ENTRY
Online entry is not necessary. Instead,
write your name, address, phone number on a 3 ½" x 5" card and mail
to CraftSpotlight.com, Attn: Shopping Spree Entry, 8063 Madison Ave, PMB 344,
Indianapolis, IN 46227. Sorry, only one entry per envelope.
We are not responsible for telephone,
network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are
stolen, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions,
lost, late, damaged, ineligible or postage due. All entries become the property
of the Computer Aided Technologies d.b.a. CraftSpotlight.com and will not be
acknowledged or returned.
NOTIFICATION
Winner will be notified by US mail or email
within 30 days of the drawing and will be required to complete and return an
eligibility certification, which must be signed by the winner and received by
us within 14 days of date of notification attempt, or an alternate winner will
be selected in a random drawing from the pool of eligible entries.
If a winner’s notification is returned as
undeliverable, the certificate will be awarded to an alternate winner from the
pool of entries. No substitution is permitted. Certificates are not
transferable or redeemable for cash. Certificates will be awarded within
approximately 30 days of our receipt of the signed certificate of eligibility.
All taxes, including income taxes, and any incidental expenses associated with
collection of a certificate are the responsibility of the winner.
Winners assume all liability for any damages
caused or claimed to be caused by participation or by any prize and release
Computer Aided Technologies from any such liability. Acceptance of prize
constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner’s name,
city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and
publicity without additional compensation.
ELIGIBILITY
The sweepstakes is open to legal residents
of the United States 18 years of age or older. Odds of winning are determined
by the total number of entries received. Employees of the CraftSpotlight.com,
their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members
of their immediate families of each are not eligible. All federal, state, local
laws and regulations apply. Void in where participation is prohibited. Entrants
agree to abide by these rules and by the decisions of the CraftSpotlight.com,
whose decisions are final. Failure to comply with these rules may result in
disqualification from this sweepstakes promotion. CraftSpotlight.com reserves
the right to permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes promotion it the
CraftSpotlight.com any person it believes has intentionally violated these
rules.
