If you are not completely satisfied with the item you receive you may return it within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment for a full refund, credit, or exchange. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) is required before you can return the item and it must be returned in “saleable” condition (unless defective). We are sorry, but personalized items cannot be returned with the exception of defective items. We reserve the right to determine whether the item is defective. Some items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Shipping Item

Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Send your item return to:
